Hmmm.....Fuji Apple...mmmmmmmmm.Oh,yes,you as the reader is probably processing this particular thought:This person must be a lunatic. But,please,I am not insane, the next hundred words which would act as my indifferent clones will be able to convince you that I am perfectly sane. So,I urge you to continue.
Well,Fuji Apple.Does these 2 words seem familiar to you?Does it ring a bell in your head or activates an alarm in your head:Rejoice!I got it!Or does it cause you to have a quizzical look on your face along with frowned brows, leisurely stroking your chin, muttering "What is the baboon's name is that?"Well, congratulations unsure reader, you have just found the perfect remedy.Fuji Apple is not sweet,scented-crimson,juicy apple ingenious to the tall rock,Mount Fuji.It is a soft-drink or should I say a Pokka-soft drink.See the Link between Pokka and Fuji?My first encounter with the Fuji Apple Soft Drink is still riveted to my brain, acting as soft, flavoured apples which seem to possess eternal durability.I shuffled towards the Indian Drink Stall, scouring for a refreshing drink other than the "Uniquely Singaporean Soft Drink" aka Coca-Cola.I know, grins are probably forming on everyone of your faces, you teeth brandishing a Coke glee that is populating internationally.Ok,back to my journey.A shade of glittering red dazzled in the sun.Having sudden rejuvenated eyes,I directed my vision to the peculiar,Eco-decorated "Fuji-Apple" can, glistening in the softly lit lamp which was hovering dangerously over a makeshift table.Eager to seize a golden opportunity,my taste buds were ravenous for a new drink.Without hesitation,I inquired politely for my prize. After the exchange of 1 single golden coined between 2 hands,I instantaneously prised the can open and gurgled its contents.
Now let me warn you,the following words might make you salivate uncontrollably with hallucination of cans of Fuji Apple floating around your already crammed, stressed head.Well,if you dare,go ahead,be my utmost pleasure. The golden drink fizzled and sizzled in my coarse throat, momentarily sending a course of adrenaline and electricity shooting as a missile though my body, determined to find escape from a human host. The gas bubbled in my mouth, tiny explosions of sheer enjoyment raining over my dried taste buds, the apple had suddenly metamorphosed into liquid state through seasoned factory machines. It is a ...wow.That experience was unforgettable,it was still firmly etched into my brain,my emotions starting to churn as I longed to dash towards a drink store and purchase my "cup of tea".Reader, please believe me,try a sip.Addiction is a natural characteristic of drinking.
Take the risk.

  1. I had no idea it was the can drink when reading paragraph! xD Haha I honestly thought that you were going to blog about the Fuji Apple from China!

Nice language. It's all very descriptive in here. (: Just a note, perhaps next time you could try normal standard English? I find your posts all very descriptive so I'm thinking if you could have a different take on your blog posts? That would be good (:

Oh man... I feel like drinking it now. I haven't tried it yet!

  2. The spaces and paragraphs are gone again. ):

Anyway, nice and exaggerating descriptions! One who has not tried it before will surely be tempted to try if it is within his or her means. I'm sure our school's drink stall sold these in bottles before. That's where I purchased my first one and it was definitely not the last!

    Cheers!

  3. I enjoyed your description, kind of reminded me of a primary school essay, but never mind that. Nice take on the food reviews or was it a beverage review?

I have a suggestion, instead of just a description like what Mattheus said, why not veer off this and do a real review. Like you could rank the drink over ten or what kind of flavor and who will it appeal to.

I guess this is a good start in blazing the trail.

  4. Great command of the English language! Phrases used are very complicated. One English-Hokkien to describe this blog post, “cheeminology”.
I was amazed at the words and phrases you used but I felt that the language used was too bombastic. When skimming through the blog post, I could not fully understand it. I hope that you can maintain a right balance so that your blog posts are both rich in language and yet not mind-boggling!
The plus factor of this blog post is that it is quite interesting and fun to read due to the apparent exaggeration. I felt that this was not a blog post written by a secondary school student but an article found in the newspaper! You definitely have the talent of a writer. Keep it up!

P.S. I like the drink too!
